Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information
The Storest Digital team welcomes you and thanks you for your trust. The Storest Digital informs you that, out of its keenness and full awareness that the user has rights, the Storest Digital seeks to preserve the users’ private information in accordance with the privacy policy and confidentiality of information mechanism in effect at the Storest Digital. Accordingly, the Premium Store clarifies to you that the privacy policy and confidentiality of information under which your private information will be dealt with is as follows:
First: The information that Storest Digital obtains and keeps in its databases:

Introduction to the User Agreement:
Premium Online Store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions regulating your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services over the Internet via this electronic platform, as the use of any person, whether a consumer of the store’s service or product or otherwise, this is an approval and acceptance from him and he is fully qualified according to Sharia, system and law for all the articles and provisions of this agreement and it is a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations and what is mentioned therein, and this agreement applies to all types of dealings between the user and the store except for dealings related to personal status and dealings related to issuing deeds related to the actions contained in the property. This agreement is considered valid and effective once you approve it and start registering on the Premium Store in accordance with Article 10 of the Electronic Transactions System.
Article One – Introduction and Definitions:
The above preamble is an integral part of this Agreement, and below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this Agreement:
1. (Store) This term means the Storest Digital, and this definition includes all forms of Premium on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.
2. (User) This term refers to every consumer who purchases the product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
3. (Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.
Article Two – User’s Legal Capacity:
1. The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity recognized by Sharia and the system to deal with the store, or that he is not less than eighteen years old.
2. The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.
Article Three – Nature of Code Plus Commitment :
1. Storest Digital commitment to consumers or users is to provide (the service or product).
2. Storest Digital may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) required by the user.
Article Four – Controls for using the store :
1. The user is committed to using the Premium Store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in all countries of the world.
2. When purchasing a service or product from the Storest Digital, the user undertakes not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and applicable regulations.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying for Premium Membership as a User, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to be used when accessing the Premium Store Services. By doing so, you agree to:
1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify the Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with the Store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2. The store will not be responsible in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of revealing your username or password information.
3. You are committed to using your account or membership with the Premium Store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4. You agree, when using the store, to use it with all seriousness and honesty.
5. You undertake to disclose true, correct, current, complete and lawful information about yourself as required during registration with the Premium Store and you undertake to update your data in the event of a change in reality or if necessary.
6. The store is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7. If the store finds that you have disclosed information that is false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of the User Agreement, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, or account on the platform, without prejudice to the store’s other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting the rest of the users.
8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing the store’s services again.
Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be via the email registered on the platform.
2. The User agrees that all agreements, notices, statements and other communications provided to him electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts and are self-contained evidence in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
3. The user agrees that he may be contacted and informed of any provisions relating to this agreement or dealings with him by the store management broadcasting general messages to all users or to specific users.
Article Seven – Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:
1. Storest Digital may notify you of any amendment to this Agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this Agreement, and accordingly your obligations will be doubled or your rights will be diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this Agreement.
2. In the event of an objection to any amendment to the User Agreement, Premium Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in the store or your use of the store constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent that negates ignorance, and Premium Store accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.
3. All fees are calculated in US dollars, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any other expenses added by the Storest Digital, provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available means through the store.
4. The store may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products or services they request, or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
5. Storest Digital reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the User Agreement, for any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article Eight – Payment and settlement services for stores in Code Plus :
1. Storest Digital provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system that can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.
2. Storest Digital is committed to setting the price of the service or product it displays in its store according to the recognized market value.
3. The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts and receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product.
4. Storest Digital is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this organization.
Article Nine – Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:
1. The user acknowledges that he grants Storest Digital an unlimited, global, permanent, irrevocable, free of charge, and licensed right to use personal or other information or materials that you have provided or supplied to the platform or announced on the platform by joining or using it, through the forms designated for communication and registration, or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is for the purpose of achieving any of the interests that the platform deems appropriate.
2. The provisions of the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” of the Storest Digital, and to the provisions of this agreement related to the confidentiality of information.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property:
1. The intellectual property rights of the Premium Store are rights owned by the Store in full, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2. The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which includes the Premium store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the store or displayed on the store, as Premium, and every right that follows the store, are rights fully owned by the intellectual property of Premium.
Article Eleven – Premium Store Responsibility :
1. Storest Digital is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in all countries, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2. Premium Store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.
3. Storest Digital, its members, owners and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized according to the laws and regulations of all countries of the world and is used for legitimate purposes.
Article Twelve – Confidentiality of Information:
1. Premium Store takes measures (physical, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users’ personal information.
2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through the store.
3. Storest Digital has no control over the actions of any third party, or others, such as other web pages linked through links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
4. You acknowledge and agree that Storest Digital may use your information that you have provided to it, for the purpose of providing services to you in the store, and to send marketing messages to you, and that the privacy in the store regulates the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identity information, and the rules of information confidentiality are subject to the store’s “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy”.
Article Thirteen – Restriction of Access or Membership:
Storest Digital may suspend or cancel a User’s membership or restrict a User’s access to the Platform Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without limitation.
Article Fourteen – General Provisions:
In the event that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter shall not cancel the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses and terms contained in this User Agreement and they shall remain valid until further notice from the Store Management.
This User Agreement – which may be amended from time to time as appropriate – constitutes the User Agreement, mechanism of work, understanding, agreement and contract between the store and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:
1. The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed for the store’s services or products may be modified from time to time.
3. The promotional or marketing offers that Premium Store may put in place are temporary offers, as the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between the store and the user.
5. This User Agreement shall not be terminated except by a decision issued by the Storest Digital management.
