Power BI Premium Per User includes all the features of Power BI Pro and most of those of Power BI Premium.

For example:
– Models up to 100 GB and storage space up to 100 TB
– Data refresh up to 48 times per day per dataset
– Advanced AI features and paginated reports

With a Power BI PPU license, a user can view and modify reports and dashboards created by Power BI Pro and Power BI PPU users, provided they have been shared with them.
